My Rogers smart home app on iphone logs out automatically

Hello,
I have Smart Home monitoring app installed on my iphone. In preferences , I selected Keep Me Sign In. Despite that every 2-3 days it logs me out automatically. I have to log back in and setup preferences again.
Never had this kind of issue with any other app.

Can you please let me know how to remedy it.

Just so I'm clear on the issue here, whenever you get logged out, your "Keep me logged in" selection appears to be unchecked? Is that right?
