I can cast every other app from my iPhone 15 and my spouse iPhone 13 but we cannot cast ignite tv

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums, and thank you for your post!
If you can let us know some more details regarding the issue you are experiencing with not being able to use the cast feature from your Apple devices. Are you receiving any error messages when attempting to cast? Are you not seeing the icon in the top right-hand corner?
If you can please ensure your Apple device is running iOS 12 or later, and the Ignite TV app has version 4.11.2 or later. Also, your Apple devices and the device that you are casting onto must both be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

To further assist you, I do have a few questions for you:
Can you let us know the troubleshooting steps you've performed since noticing the problem?
Have you tried to disconnect and reconnect, as well as rebooting your gateway and devices before trying again?
