MyRogers App will not show data usage or works then stops. A common problem for iPhone users. Beyond the basics don’t bother trying to fix it. You can’t. The app needs to be designed.

I can realize it's inconvenient when the app doesn't work the way it should. To make sure this isn't a profile issue, may you please confirm if the data usage works on the browser? Just as an FYI, if you make a price plan change, the usage can be unavailable for the rest of the billing cycle. Data usage availability can vary based on the price plan type as well.
