For the past week I cannot access any of my account details via either the app and MyRogers. I am logged in, see my account name and that is it.
Chat and calling in have not rectified this.
How are customer accounts being supported if we cannot view our own information?

When you called in, was a ticket escalated to have this issue investigated further? In a case where we can't troubleshoot to solve a problem like this, a ticket should be sent to continue the troubleshooting and investigation.
If this was not done, I can work with you to ensure it is.
