Unable to Access Account Details/Services on My Rogers App

I've been around

For the past week I cannot access any of my account details via either the app and MyRogers.  I am logged in, see my account name and that is it.

Chat and calling in have not rectified this.

 

How are customer accounts being supported if we cannot view our own information?

When you called in, was a ticket escalated to have this issue investigated further? In a case where we can't troubleshoot to solve a problem like this, a ticket should be sent to continue the troubleshooting and investigation.

Are you using the same email for both the wireless account and the Internet account? If yes, you can add your account to your existing MyRogers profile. Please click here to see the step by step instructions.
