The Ignite TV Android mobile app has been working for us for years. We use it extensively at the cottage, over WiFi, to stream recordings and live tv. Recently we get an error when trying to watch live tv on the phone itself. We can watch recordings without problem. The funny thing is we can cast live tv to a Chromecast connected to our TV. Does anyone have this issue? Other family member Android phones work fine. Just one phone gets this non-specific error..."We're Having Some Trouble :: 0. We're sorry something unexpected just happened. Please try again."

It's delighting to know you have been enjoying the Ignite TV app when away from home. Live TV/On Demand encountering problems on a particular device is puzzling.
Please try clearing the app's cache and data. If the problem persists, please uninstall and install the app.

We appreciate you providing the updated information. It is strange that it is working well on all your other phone devices except this one.
Are there any available firmware updates for this device? If you can ensure it is the latest, try again and let us know.
