There's a device connected to my network that doesn't appear in the devices list in the HomeConnect app. It is definitely using wifi as I'm able to access it (it's a ring camera) and it shows up in the device list on router login page (10.0.0.1). I want to be able to manage the device in the app.
What can I do to make it appear in the device list?

Just a couple of questions to get started:
If the device shows up in the admin console it should ideally work within the app too. A disconnect/reconnect should resolve the issue. Please keep us posted!
