Device Missing from Ignite HomeConnect App

There's a device connected to my network that doesn't appear in the devices list in the HomeConnect app. It is definitely using wifi as I'm able to access it (it's a ring camera) and it shows up in the device list on router login page (10.0.0.1). I want to be able to manage the device in the app.
What can I do to make it appear in the device list?

Welcome to the Community!
Just a couple of questions to get started:
- Are you on the most updated version of the app?
- Have you tried to disconnect the ring camera and reconnect it to see if it shows up in the connected devices list?
If the device shows up in the admin console it should ideally work within the app too. A disconnect/reconnect should resolve the issue. Please keep us posted!
