Rogers Infinity App : playing dead

I've been here awhile

Out of the blue (I.e. no updates or changes on my end), the infinity app on my phone thinks I'm offline, when I'm not.
I have tried every permeation of uninstalling, reinstalling, rebooting my phone, rebooting the router... meanwhile I am unable to edit the devices and profile on my wifi network... which is not great news for my kids.

Issue resolved - account and modem settings out of synch it seems 😉 Tech Agent did the needful, all is well again.
