HI,
I am unable to login to the Homeconnect App. I have rogers internet.
i have tried -
1. Reinstall app
2. Restart phone(iPhone 12).
First i used to get OTP prompt for email login. But even that is not coming now. It takes username and password and loops back to the signing screen. is it because we have bulk agreement for our building?

The Ignite HomeConnect should be functional with the Ignite Internet service. However, it may not be compatible with the Legacy type of service, provided through a Hitron modem.
Do you know if you have Ignite or Legacy internet included as part of your building bulk agreement?
