MyRogers app does not show any information regarding tv and internet usage etc. all it says is Something went wrong. Some information may be missing. Try again later.
Well this has been months. I’ve tried clearing cache and deleting and reinstalling the app. Any help would be appreciated.

It is strange that after several months, you are still unable to view your usage details. Normally, this will happen if you make a change to your services mid-month, but then it should return to normal the following month.
