I have purchased rogers ignite wifi but I am unable to even log in on the app to get my wifi connected, been trying for 2 hours to find a solution but it is just the login loop over and over again.

I know how important it is to have the HomeConnect app up and running. I hope the login issues have resolved by now. Even if not, may I suggest that you launch the MyRogers app >> Internet >> Equipment >> The Ignite HomeConnect app, click on Open and let us know if you're able to access the app.
