Just went to my app, it’s changed and I can’t log on. I can access on my desktop, just not the app. I have an IPhone 13 Pro and just updated it to 16.1.1

Thank you for your first post here on the Rogers Community Forums! We are glad that you still have access to your account through the web portal, but we do want to investigate the reason why you are unable to access it through the app.
• Are you getting any error messages when you try to sign in?
• Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it back?
If you can let us know some more information so that we can assist you further.
