Just went to my app, it’s changed and I can’t log on. I can access on my desktop, just not the app. I have an IPhone 13 Pro and just updated it to 16.1.1

It says no account is linked to it, but when I go to the online, it shows my account is linked.I also can’t use face recognition. Yes I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling many times before posting here.Paul
