@mgpierogIt works fine for me on Win 11 using the Edge browser. If you provide some details on the problem you are having, browser being used, and how and where you are trying to connect then maybe some help can be provided.

All I see is the words "IGNITE TV" and the 3 loading dots on a black background.
I have tried Chrome and Edge with exact same results.
It keeps trying to cycle between the login page and this Rogers page: https://www.rogers.com/web/ignitetv/signin?scheme=oidc&action=display&sessionID=ac17c641-9784-4987-b...

@mgpierog I don't have any problems using ignitetv.rogers.com with Windows 11 either. Works fine for me with Vivaldi (Stable and Snapshot builds) and Edge.
I once experienced a similar issue as you while trying to connect on Win10. I cleared my browsing data, relaunched the browser and everything worked fine after that. I could also see a similar problem occurring with some security/privacy browser extensions active. (However, I can also confirm that I don't have any problems with uBlock Origin with the default filters active.)

Please see the following link which almost always provides the necessary solution - like clearing cache, cookies, different browser, disable VPN, extensions, incognito/private mode, etc.

PS. You didn't say what the problem was. Are you able to login? Do you get the login screen? Can you see the guide or your recordings? Anything else?

I don't know if this will help anyone, but I was unable to connect to Rogers Ignite on my Windows 11 Desktop until I completely shut off NordVPN - even though I wasn't connected to the VPN. As soon as I shut it off completely Xfinity connected immediately.
