I did set up the whole thing today. Everything seems to be working. BUT the app itself is showing offline, only the app. The internet connections are fine on all my devices. I uninstalled and installed the app on IOS but still it comes back with gateway offline.
I am able to sign in on rogers and shaw and also on the home connect app but nothing is available. I cannot check the connected and the devices on my home. Something went off after I set up the internet.

Are you still unable to get the Ignite Home Connect app to connect? If so, we'd be happy to take a closer look to see what is going on!
