Rogers really did it on this one! We install camera systems and need to open ports for the cameras to be visible when outside of the network. Where we previously would open ports in the router, now we are directed to the Xfinity app which doesn't allow for IP addresses to be manually input for port forwarding and doesn't list any device with a static IP. Even when I put my device on DHCP, the app doesn't list by IP, it only lists by name and it still doesn't list my device. . . . .
Please fix this fatal flaw.

Replying to myself - there is a work around - Reserve the IP of the device in the Router by logging in directly (not the app) then the device shows up in the listed devices so you can open ports to it.
