I changed my plan earlier today; however this is not yet reflected in MyRogers account (nor do I have live data usage stats). On the MyRogers app my previous plan is still showing (as well as the amount due / due date). Any idea how long this will take to update?

Thanks for posting about your recent situation.
Have you changed your plan effective immediately or on your billing cycle date?
If your new plan starts on your bill cycle date, the new plan and usage will appear in the 2-3 days after it ends.
