Hi, I woke up this morning to see that my phone wasn't connecting to the wifi in our household. Upon looking for our network, I only found 2 - default 5G and default 2G. I went into the Rogers Ignite app, and those two networks were the only ones listed for our modem. Did our modem crash, or did it have a security breach?

Greetings @snoobly!
This is a strange one.
I would highly recommend factory resetting your modem and setting up a new network with an all-new password. If you're not familiar with this process, you can find instructions here: How to Reset the Ignite WiFi Gateway Modem - Rogers

the modem could have had a critical software update overnight to fix glitches, the ini file could probably not be loaded back so it defaulted to the default settings, nothing to worry, this is normal for consumer level grade equiptment., just set it back and move on with your issue or keep it at the default name and move on with your issue
