I've been here awhile

Been out of internet from 3 pm. Anybody else has problem in this area?

Thank you. Not solved yet. I called Roger's and I got a ticket No. C200387658
But nothing yet.
I think my modem is gone since no light is on when it's plugged in
I really appreciate your help If you can facilitate it.

I've been here awhile
Last night I had internet for 2 hours , very low speed though and then off line again
Please let me know what are you doing on the other side since it's dragging long time
