Yet again another weekend where it’s windy, cold and snowing and the internet is down.. CSR’d aren’t very helpful just opens a ticket tell me to have a nice evening. Seriously time to switch from Rogers

I can understand the importance of having a stable internet connection. I hope your internet service is back since you last posted here.
In the event you encounter any service interruption feel free to visit our Rogers Service Interruptions board to see if there are any major outages ongoing.
You can also check your network status on our Network Help & Outages page.
Please let us know if you continue to experience loss of service.
