WIFI - down several weeks

WIFI - down several weeks increasing to NO ignite for 48 + hours {chrome 119.0.6045.161, Win 11 }

Use laptops & watch TV via ignite. Around mid-day 12/9/23 ignite failed & shows the ignite screen w / the usual dots waiting for entertainment - I suppose it could do this indefinately.
Neither laptops had changes nor additions, nothing new. win 10 & win 11.
I can use youtube, amazon prime, internet & the tv is fine. Recently they've been doing maintenance. I don't see any other issues in this area. The cell phones & land line are working. Actually mobile phone is muffled others cannot hear me & vice versa.

Do you have any difficulties watching Ignite TV on an Ignite Entertainment Box?

I'm curious to know if this issue impacts all access to Ignite TV or just via the web.
