Hi all! We recently switch to Rogers ignite internet. Calling on whatsapp is becoming impossible as all we see is many pixels and not a whole image. Any suggestions?

@Ltch : I assume you're connecting via WiFi? I have the following comments/suggestions:
1. Have you downloaded and used the HomeConnect app to test and analyze your WiFi?
2. Read the web on how to optimize WiFi. Often minor changes in the placement of the Gateway/router may improve things.
3. What is the speed of your Internet Package? Have you done a speedtest - link below:

4. How close are you to the Gateway/router when attempting to use WhatsApp?
5. Are you having issues with other Internet-based connections, like Zoom or simple web browsing?
