Re: Upstream Channel 5 Power level??

@TheBings the upstream power level of the OFDMA channel doesn't look out of line compared to the other QAM upstream channels.  So, there's nothing evident to explain any problems that you might be having tonight.  Of other interest, you have two downstream OFDM channels running.  That's unusual to date.  It should result in pretty good downstream performance.

In both cases, OFDM downstream, and OFDMA upstream, there isn't enough data presented on the user interface to understand if the channels are running within normal parameters or if anything is amiss.  You would need to send a private message to the moderators who use the @CommunityHelps name/signature, asking them to look at the OFDM MIBS on the downstream side, and possibly OFDMA MIBS on the upstream side (if that data is accessible).  Then should be able to let you know if the OFDM and OFDMA channels are running within normal parameters.  Follow this @CommunityHelps link to the moderators public page when you're logged into the forum.  On that page is a link to "Send this user a private message".  Follow that link to the message composition page.  Fill in the subject and in the details, your account number and modem MAC address which can be found in the modem data.  Add any relevant notes on what you're seeing in terms of performance.

When you're logged into the forum, look for a number overlaying your avatar in the upper right hand corner, which also serves as a link to your message inbox/outbox and preferences.  Follow the link down to the message inbox to see the response.  The presence of the number will indicate a message response or mention by another user.
