Ignite 150 Download Speed

I was previously on VM 50mbps download speed and was consistently getting 40-44 test speed from my Mac via WIFI.  Today I changed to Ignite 150, and I am only getting 12-15 test speeds.

Please tell me this isn't expected speed.

Yes, my TV now uses this connection, but I turned it off and the DL speed is still poor.

Certainly, after upgrading your package you would like to see an improvement in the speeds you are getting. Over Wi-Fi though speeds will be dependent on varying factors. 

Can you let us know a few more details?

• How far are is your wireless device from the modem when you are running the test? 
• Were there any other changes besides the plan change that you made? 
• Can you try and can connect a device directly to the modem with an ethernet cable to run a speed test?
