Smart TV Connectivity Issues After Service Interruption

I've been here awhile

Ignite came back up this morning. Problem is all 3 of my smart t.v's will connect to wifi but say no internet available. I've reset everything. I even did a factory reset on my modem. I'd contact customer support but......ya. anyone else having this problem. I use Roku everywhere

While my internet is up.. i dont think things are 100% up.
Most of my devices, while connected, dont connect to everything..   Seems to be a DNS issue.  
Adding the google DNS to their dns lookups, they seem to work fine.

1/2 of my smart devices wont connect back to their 'service', probably the same sort of thing.

Might be what your having.. it cant reach out where it needs to.

Roku is saying it's a Dns issue as well.

Upon further investigation even if I try to access streaming platform on my phone they won't play. Netflix works but paramount plus, Disney plus, crave all get a spinning wheel of death once a video is selected.

That is on the phone, while on wifi?  What about on cellular?

Netflix, prime, Disney wont work

I can only get crave to sorts work

Ignite is the main problem. If I use my phone on wifi I can get it to work a bit by casting. Bit its spotty. It seems be be tied specifically to the Roku in regards to widespread outages. I don't have access to Disney plus or crave on any devices.

I've been around

I am having an issue of channels above 30 not working at all and the ones below freeze, start and stop.  I tried unplugging the gateway,  factory reset, reset.  nothing seems to fix it.   I have been a rogers customer for almost 3 years and I have not moved the modem in that time.  The only new variable is yesterday's outage.   Any thoughts??
