Signal weakened.

I've been around

My neighbour recently had a temporary cable. It has since been replaced and my signal no longer reaches my bedroom. I can literally see the modem from my bedroom door. I don't have a big house so there's not a lot of footage.
I have trouble in all rooms at the back of the house and I didn't before.

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums, and thank you for your post! 

 

That would be a strange issue if your wireless devices stopped connecting since the cable line outside has been replaced. Were there any other changes to the connection inside the home? I certainly understand that this may be a coincidence if it was working fine before the cable was replaced, but there may be something else causing interference. 

 

Please try rebooting the gateway and if you can, test the WiFi connection strength inside the HomeConnect app to see what your devices are getting. We look forward to your reply.
