Hi,
I wanted to split my 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz band via Rogers Home Hub app. So turned ON split bands and changed the wifi name to "ABC 2.4 Ghz" and "ABC 5 Ghz" and then click save but it won't let me save it says "Something went wrong". Can someone help me thank you.

Good morning @jabber_russell!
If you're encountering errors when attempting to make settings changes, first try rebooting the gateway by unplugging it for 10 seconds.
If a simple reboot does not resolve it, please try factory resetting the gateway.

Hello @syazdian ,
We're sorry to hear that the reboot didn't do the trick. Have you also tried a factory reset, as per @RogersCorey's post above?
Please keep us posted!
Thanks so much,
RogersYasmine'
