I have one TV directly wired to modem, plus check modem when internet is down, and it can’t find the Rogers server, so not a wifi issue. Please give me some hope that this will be resolved! Light is white so the problem is most likely upstream from my local cable. With many others in my area having the same issue, it must be somewhere in the equipment or feed to this area, or possibly upstream from that.

I am glad to hear that the tech escalated this to maintenance after diagnosing and performing their assessment of your in-home services.
Please let us know if you continue to have issues after maintenance has come out and done their work.
Regards,

Personally I have dealt with Rogers probably longer than you have worked for them and told you it was a Rogers problem but you ask generic questions when Rogers knows about the problem
Quite aggravating to say the least

Internet issues, I recommend you download ping plotter and run it to find out where the issue is.
209.148.235.214 is dropping 30-100% packets for the entire day, rogers chatbot is aware of the issue.
Rogers network issue; this is a Toronto based server for rogers.
