I live in Pickering (Liverpool/Finch area), Ontario.
There seems to be a high frequency of continual and repeated dropping of my Internet connection. The modem is newer, so it is highly unlikely to be the cause of the issue. I regularly work remotely, so this problem is becoming increasingly annoying.
Please advise if work is being completed in the area that is impacting Internet services. If yes, please advise when this issue will be resolved. Thank you.

Hello @Pickering1 ,
Welcome to our community and thank you for sharing your internet connection concerns with us. I understand how important it is to have a reliable connection!
May I ask, how long have the dropped connections been happening? By any chance, have you changed your equipment set-up or made any changes to your services? One thing that you can try which has helped resolve many issues is a reboot of your modem. Simply unplug your modem for 60 seconds and plug it back in and retest.
I would also recommend that you have a peek at our Network Troubleshooting page. While there, you may also Check your network status and report an issue.
For any major, ongoing outages, you can also bookmark our Network Help & Outages page for reference.
If further assistance is needed, please let us know. 🙂
Kind regards,
RogersYasmine

Thank you for your response. I have not changed my set up, and it's not my modem. With all due respect, I know to trouble shoot and to report issue. This is clearly a network/service issue and it has been occurring for several months. With all due respect, I rarely post on these types of community forums as I am much too busy to do so. The purpose of this post is to highlight this issue in the Pickering area. Thanks for your assistance.
