Service just keeps going downhill

I've been around

When will the service be working for what we have paid for - all of your so called tests always reflect things are working - test from outside - heck just from user experience it shows that the service is just not really good (leaning towards pathetic) - we pay good money and get garbage service - Ignite service has gone down hill and seems to just keep going that way!

I agree. I don't use or want IGNITE services until they can fix the LEGACY issues plaguing me.

 

For 6 consecutive days I've had service interruptions lasting anywhere from 2-6 hours daily with multiple outages to both Internet and Digital Cable. I have contacted Support daily regarding these service issues and all they say is that there are problems in the area (Postal Coide K2A in Ottawa). Unacceptable. The problems impact my ability to obtain tax receipts, do online banking, check emails, etc. 

 

In fact, the service for cable and internet just went down again (8:50AM Saturday Feb 11th)!! Finishing typing this out on Notepad so that I can hopefully cut and paste later.
(Update, everything back up at 9:25AM but with "hiccups")

Thanks for taking the time to post your concerns here in the forums. It sounds like you haven't been too pleased with the type of service you are getting. Certainly not the experience we'd like for you to have. 

 

If possible, kindly provide more details about your situation and include any troubleshooting that has already been tried so the Community can provide you with support.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for sharing your concerns! Constant disruptions in service are definitely not nice, especially if you depend on your services to get through your every day tasks. 😞

 

I understand you've already called the issues in to our Tech Support teams and it sounds like there is a known issue happening? Did they submit a ticket for you and confirm when the issue will be fully resolved?
