I order Rogers Ignite from Fido Migration on April 5, 2024. the Ignite Service starts 12 April 2024 but there is no trace of the modem.
When I visit online it appears that Rogers haven't even started the shipping process. The order has been in "InProcess" state since April 5th.
What is the point of a service when you are provide it on a service start date. Rogers is becoming like a 3rd World Phone companies.
Fido was much better. Today Bell Canada Sales team came to sell Fibe, if I am not getting the Rogers modem by weekend April 13, 2024. I am calling Bell Canada for Fibe

I understand how inconvenient such delays can be. It's really odd that it's taking this long for a modem to be shipped. Depending on where you're located, our typically courier timeframes are 3-5 business days.
I sincerely hope you have received the equipment by now, if not, please keep us posted. We have already replied to your PM as well.
