Rogers Ignite not working - signed up for 2 years

I've been around

Rogers made me to sign up for 2 years ignite service, now every day we have no internet after 10 pm throughout the night. Daytime also sucks, it is supposed to get a 1.5 G download and I get 300mbps. We pay the highest amount around the world for the internet and phone. 

I tried Bell in the past too, no high speed in our area. Which era we are living in?

No Internet after 10 p.m. every night is odd and can be disruptive. Have you connected with tech support yet?

 

We need more details to diagnose the cause of the problem:

  • Do you lose Internet on both wired and wireless devices?
  • What's the light status on the modem when you lose the Internet?
  • Have you enabled the Downtime schedule or Active Time limits?

 

As for the speeds, 300 Mbps on a WiFi connection is normal unless your device supports WiFi 6E.
