As like problem in summer. My Roger’s rural internet keeps dropping very hr or so atleast 6 to six time's a day, that I notice. Last time this happened i reported numerous times and went through resets galore. They sent tech 3 different times. Once did nothing next change dish to shot to only on tower and also replace modem. Still happening, being ex communications in military I know when they are grasping at straws. Said for them to check outage log and was told only tech at house could to that. The tech at house said they lied and he can’t and they have to. Kept saying problem at tower. After months of trouble ticket it went away for a couple months. Now back again here goes the run around. Maybe starlink is in near future being I’m rural.
