I’ve gotten used to the internet dropping on occasion but it became a weekly occurrence starting a month or two ago and now it’s every other day. It’s not just us but the whole neighborhood. I’ve talked to my neighbors who are with Rogers and they have the same complaint. Someone pointed out that if you look at the wifi networks available in our area ALL the Rogers are down when mine goes down and all the Bell ones are still up. Please do something about this. I don’t want to have to switch providers.

Good morning,
Thank you both for joining the Rogers Community and sharing your recent experience about your internet service interruption.
We’re committed to offering a dependable experience, working around the clock to help keep our customers connected. However, from time to time, temporary service interruptions can still happen due to planned activities, such as network upgrades, or unplanned events like construction work or extreme weather.

Service interruptions can be untimely and hindering and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience they may cause you. Is your service back up and running at this time?
If not, it would be helpful if you could tell us more about the problem you're experiencing and the area where you are located.

I am glad to hear that your service has been restored but I understand that 3 days is a long time to go without Internet, @londonguy1977.
I apologize for any delay that may have occurred here that prevented us from restoring your services sooner.

Where can I find Rogers updates about outages areas either on here or X or….? For such a large operation the dearth of information is puzzling. I go to non-Roger sites to find out anything besides a blanket province statement.
