Potential Service Interruption in Ottawa, ON.

Cable and internet is down for 2 hours. What happened? When is the ETA for restoration?

Both went down this morning at 9:30 AM September 22, 2022 in Glen Cairn Kanata.
I called this morning and service doesn't know.
Btw I am using my Bell cell phone.
