Continuous packet loss of upto 15% while gaming. It happens to one game only (Counter strike 2). Other game that I play is GTA5 which doesn't have any issues that I can notice as it is not FPS game.
It is very irritating and I have tried most of the things available on internet and rogers community forum including restarting the device and also having only 1 device connected in total to avoid any other device.
Please help

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums, and thank you for sharing your post! If you are only specifically noticing this issue in one specific game, then it would not be likely for there to be an issue with your internet connection. This may be something their support can take a further look into to ensure there are no issues with their servers or investigate if others are reporting the same. Have you tried reaching out to their support team?
