My MIL has been without Rogers phone, internet and tv services for going on 2 days in downtown Toronto, apparently due to construction in the area of Eglinton and Redpath. Her whole building is out. She's been told it could go on for days. How is this an acceptable level of service? Dozens of seniors left without any way to connect with anyone should they need help. It's not just about poor customer service, but safety, too. Please make this right.

Hello @jlbrown66!
I understand the safety concerns in these circumstances. In such a situation, we can typically restore service via a temporary line but we would not be able to bury a permanent line until after the construction has concluded.
Is your mother in law still without service at this time? Please let us know.

Thanks Corey, I appreciate the response.
The problems have been ongoing for years, but the outages have never been this long before. She's canceled with Rogers and is going with Bell. She just couldn't handle the stress from the service problems and lack of action from Rogers any longer.
Thanks though for your response.
