Rogers has refused to upgrade service on our town as the population has grown larger ..and will be almost double to what it was a decade ago. Multiple techs have said the system is overloaded and they can't fix our issues. There is now a Facebook forum that has had enough. With Telus Fiber getting upgraded this summer..unless Rogers doesn't make a change...a good chance their customer base here will deminish. Will a change come and we will get the internet speeds we are paying for?

We have....for over 4 months now with no solution. We have the 1.5 GB speed package and for 1/3 of the day (evenings) we get around 50-150mbs. Multiple techs, who have told that the system is maxed out and needs an upgrade. How long does it take to get this upgraded? Not worried about the bill, but I am only getting 2/3 of what I am paying for now, and the most important time of the day is when service is slow. Internet crawls, TVs disconnect and say there is a connectivity error, or go all grainy and blurry. Needing a resolution here at some point!
