Very frustrated with the lack of actual detail in communications from Rogers. I get an email saying there will be upcoming construction for the new fibe network which will require intermittent outages - between the hours of 8 am - 4 pm. When you click on the link for additional information to the FAQS section, under 'how long will the outages last' it says nothing. Just that there will be planned outages. Planned for.....15 mins? 2 hours? 4 hours?
Those of us who work from home and rely on internet can't just roll with this.
If anyone has gone through this construction and has any insight into the length of outages that would be appreciated, need to know if I need to relocate for 2 days so I can actually do my job!!!!
Called the # listed, pressed the # mentioned for 'answers about construction' - got put through to the wrong dept, transferred, then hung up after 30 minutes on hold.
(another epic fail Rogers)

@AliTWall It's really hard to say without more information. Did you also get a door hanger, something like this? Do you have construction signs on your street, utility locates or survey marks indicating the extent of work that might be coming up? Did anyone ask you for authorization for crews to dig on your property?
You can also try sending a private message to @CommunityHelps and asking them to check construction schedules to see exactly what type of work is scheduled in your area.
