No internet

Adebaba1
I plan to stick around

My internet just stopped working. I am trying to reach technical support and find out from the automated service that there’s work being done in my area and so there is service interruption.
I received no prior warning-notification of this. I work from home. This is super distressing.

Hello, @Adebaba1

I can understand how disruptive it can be to lose your internet connection especially when you are working from home.

I am hopeful that your service has been restored now. We actively monitor our cable network. When there's an issue in their area we let customers know through text message or email if they don’t have a cell phone on file. Depending on the nature of the service interruption in your area it may not be possible to notify you prior to the interruption.

You can check on the status of your internet connection anytime by visiting Rogers.com/outage.

We appreciate your patience regarding the service interruption.

RogersTony
