I have been without internet since August 6th. I work from home, so I have been using my phone data. They know what the issue is, but refuse to push the ticket ahead and resolve the issue. I call in each day and am told to wait another 24-48 hours... The fix? To link the Modem MAC and SN to my account. This apparently takes upwards of 8 days...

It's disappointing that it's taking a bit longer than usual to get your matter resolved, I realize how inconvenient it must be. I'm sure our technical teams are doing everything they can to get your service reconnected asap. We really appreciate your patience. 🙂
