Hi im messaging u guys today to tell you that my ps5 cannot connect to your network it keeps saying failed to connect to internet, this is the error message i keep receiving : cant connect to internet, your internet service provider or your router might be preventing your ps5 from connecting to the internet. make sure you can connect to the internet via the same network as ur ps5 by testing connection using your computer or mobile device.
Please do something about it rogers i need this to be fixed i never had this issue with bell.

PSN went down on Friday evening for almost 24 hours time before it was restored. I suspect that the issue you encountered was related to this global outage.
Are you still having issues today or are you able to connect now?
