Getting multiple connection drops daily, sometimes for long periods of time (multiple hours) in Brampton Steeles and Hurontario area.
I have a gen 1 Rogers Ignite modem with gigabit unlimited package
Ignite modem logging is useless as it doesn't seem to even record the disconnects and when the connection is down, the modem is constantly rebooting attempting to re-establish the connection
It doesn't seem there's any easy way to actually chat or speak directly with a human to get a tech sent out to look into this as it seems to be a line issue outside the building or in the building itself outside my apartment
How can I get some action on this? The disconnects are frequent in the evening when we're actually home and need that connection to be up
