Internet and TV not working this morning (sunday Jan 15/23) - no info online re outages in neighborhood - outage page seems to go back and forth between lots of outages and no outages. Using cell data trying to gauge when issue will be resolved. Only the scam sites are available to help… for a fee.

You can check the network status by going to www.rogers.com/outage and see the first steps to troubleshoot your problem. With regards to major service interruptions, we make sure to post on our Rogers Service Interruptions board and update it accordingly.
