Rogers once again is unreliable. Why does the Senior Leadership commit to making things better; they overpromise and under deliver!!
Our wifi has been intermittent yesterday & today. I called and spoke with a live agent who mentioned the issue will be ongoing until the 21st. Why weren’t we notified?? If you are customer centric you would have advised ahead of time as opposed to us finding out by calling!! Unbelievable. Can’t wait for Bell Fibe to be available. I already switched my cellular, next will be my home services!!!!
