Hello, @SP382.

Welcome to Rogers Community Forums! 😃

Thank you for posting your email concern; how do you check your @rogers.com emails? Like webmail or email client like Outlook?

Can you log in to your webmail and check to see if you have configured any Filters? It could be a filter redirecting your emails to trash. You can access Filters by going to Settings >> More Settings >> Filters.

Please keep us posted.

Cheers,

RogersMoin

I assume you're talking about in Webmail (Rogers/Yahoo mail in a browser).  See the screenshot below - more settings at the bottom of the settings option.  It may take a few minutes for the screenshot to be approved.

Are all of your incoming e-mails going to trash and not your inbox? I assume you're not talking about the spam folder.
