45 plus minutes , 4 transfers NO SOLUTION. I’ve been on the phone for almost an hour as I type this. I just want a tech to come in to set up internet in my home! The first guy came and said the call was set up for fibre not coax… why am I being penalized by waiting this long?

I can imagine how frustrating it was to have to wait such a long time to have your concerns addressed. Were you eventually able to speak to someone who was able to assist you in getting your fibre connection setup? I’ve been dealing with this for 7days now.
Long story short , ROGERS does not have fibre internet in my area. I am forced to pay $85 a month instead of $45 that I was promised for the “Legacy” package (coax internet). I already cancelled with my other internet provider so i currently have nothing! So $85 until May (and was told the $45/month promo may NOT even be available at that time) or no internet at all.
