I just got a call and email from a so called Rogers "consultant". Location: Stouffville
Saying "Rogers Markham PHUB Fibre Upgrade impacting the Internet Connection" and advising that I need to upgrade my plan to accommodate the upgrade. But I already signed a 3 years contract for a Business Internet 500u. From what I have observed it's a new subdivision, they already laid down all the fibre cables. I already got a fibre junction box on the side of my house and having optic cable running into the house already.
Not sure if the "consultant" is trying to upsell me a new more expensive plan where my plan is compatible with the upgrade or is it legit?
