Email not working after Ignite migration

Flash
I plan to stick around

I migrated to Ignite this weekend.
Now my email doesn't work and my home phone voicemail box won't work. I've been trying to fix this for hours as it is very important that I get email back. I've gone through 3 different chat specialists and got cut off twice with the first guy telling me he had to open a ticket and left me hanging with no tv internet or home phone.
I was able to reset the modem and get the tv working but had no email access.
Email access is critical on an account I use for work and they lost it evidently.
Not a good introduction to Ignite

Just thought I would update.
Thanks to finally calling support I got this fixed. I got a tech who fixed the email problems and figured out my gateway was a problem and had a tech here Monday. The tech who came told me I had the newest gateway Rogers supplies but the problem was it is intended for fiber optic applications.
I am still on coax.
Everything works again.
