E-Mail Snafu

debguay
I've been around

Long on-going issue.  I can receive my e-mails.  I can read my e-mails.  However, if I want to forward or reply to any e-mail, the body of text turns into mushy gobblegook.  It looks to be all of the coding for the page.  So I end up with half of my name, coding instructions for half a page, the rest of my name.  Needless to say this is unsatisfactory.  I can't decipher any of it.  Someone else must have had this problem.  Please help.

Good day @debguay,

Welcome to the Rogers Community!

If you're having trouble with Rogers Yahoo! Mail, you can visit Rogers Yahoo! Mail support for help with most issues.

To solve problems when using your email from a web browser it could be caused by its browsing cache and cookies. See below for troubleshooting and how to do so :

  1. Clear your web browser’s data, cache and cookies.
  2. Try accessing your Rogers Yahoo! Mail from another web browser.
    • If it works using another browser, the specific browser is causing the issue. It may just need to be reset or updated.
  3. Ensure you’re using a supported web browser.
  4. Try accessing your Rogers Yahoo! Mail from another device if available.
    • If it works using another device, something with your specific device is causing the issue. The device may just need a restart or there may be security software or settings preventing it from working with the website.

Let us know if this helps or if the issue persists!
